ISDIN is committed to safeguarding the confidentiality and security of the personal information of our users.

The aim of this privacy policy (hereinafter, the “Privacy Policy”) is to establish the principals that govern our use of any personal information you provide to us. By registering as a user of our services, you consent to this use when accessing our website (or where applicable). Please note that our privacy policy may be amended at any time, either in response to new situations that affect our service, or to incorporate newly-introduced legislation. 1) Personal data protection.

The user may submit their personal data to ISDIN by means of the different forms that are incorporated in different sections of the Website for that purpose. These forms include a legal text pertaining to the protection of personal data, which fulfils the requirements established by the Personal Data Protection Act, Organic Law 151999, of 13 December, and its implementing regulation, approved by Royal Decree 17202007, of 21 December.

2) Purpose of data processing.

By accepting this Privacy Policy, the user gives his/her express consent to the processing of his/her personal data provided on the enabled registration forms, or any other form provided during the user’s relationship with ISDIN.

Your data will be stored in a file owned by ISDIN to facilitate user identification and to be able to offer the different services that you have requested through our Website. In the case of promotions and competitions, your data will be processed for the express purpose of participating in said promotions for which you have registered, with the aim of winning the prizes offered in each case. In these cases, data processing will be governed by the particular terms that apply in each case.

In addition, by means of the above, as a user, you authorise and consent to the processing of your data for the purpose of sending Newsletters with promotional information pertaining to ISDIN products, which would be sent no more often than weekly, and for sending marketing promotions through any media, especially by e-mail.

In any case, you are entitled to exercise your right of access, rectification, cancellation and objection, or to withdraw your consent to the sending of electronic marketing communications, by writing to ISDIN’s Legal Department at C/ ProvenÁals no. 33, 08019, Barcelona, Spain, or by sending an e-mail to the following address: lopd@isdin.com.

Should you wish to unsubscribe from electronic promotional communications, we shall inform you of the free and simple opt out procedure regularly on each communication we send. ISDIN will deal with your request as quickly as possible and, in any case, within the time limit established by law.

The user agrees to indemnify and hold ISDIN harmless for any claim, penalty or sanction that it may be obliged to endure as a result of a breach of this Privacy Policy on the part of the user.

ISDIN reserves the right to limit, suspend of terminate access to the Website in the event that the user breaches the content of this Privacy Policy, the Terms or any other particular terms present on the Website.

This right may also be exercised should ISDIN have legitimate reason to suspect a user of damaging any of the aforementioned content.

3) Data processing and the publication of images of minors. In conformance with Royal Decree 17202007, of 21 December, which approves the regulation implementing Organic Law 151999, of 13 December, on the protection of personal data, ISDIN shall require the consent of a parent or guardian to process the data of children under the age of 14.

ISDIN confirms that it has obtained consent from the parents, guardians or legal representatives for the processing of data of children under the age of 14. In this regard, any time that a minor participates in a promotion organised by ISDIN, the identification information of the parent or guardian shall be requested, together with their postal address and email address, so as to obtain parental consent. A copy of their National ID card and/or Official Family Book (legal document in Spain that proves the authenticity of the relationship between parent and child) shall also be requested in order to confirm the relationship.

ISDIN reserves the right to immediately remove any photograph(s) featuring minors where the user responsible for the photograph(s) has not complied with the law. Where deemed appropriate, the faces of minors which appear incidentally, or in cases where the aforementioned parent-child relationship has not been corroborated, may be pixelated.

4) Data processing and the publication of images of third parties.

In conformance with Royal Decree 17202007, of 21 December, which approves the regulation implementing Organic Law 151999, of 13 December, on the protection of personal data, as well as Organic Law 11982, of 5 May, on the Civil Protection of the Right to Honour, to Personal and Family privacy and to One’s Own Image, the user gives assurance not to violate the rights of any third party, and declares that images featuring other people will only be published with the express permission of each person concerned.

ISDIN reserves the right to immediately remove any photograph(s) in which third parties appear, where the user responsible for the photograph(s) has not complied with the law.

5) Communication of data by the user. The user is fully aware that by using the different sections that make up the Website, or by publishing or authorising the publication of any type of material and information (data, content, comments, audiovisual files, etc.) on the Website, third parties may be able to access their personal data or the personal data of third parties. In this regard, ISDIN accepts no responsibility for the potential consequences or damages that the user or a third party may suffer as a result of their free decision to share their personal data.

The user must obtain prior and express consent from third parties before entering their personal data on the Website, informing them of the conditions of the Privacy Policy and their right to cancellation.

6) Security measures.

ISDIN has implemented the necessary technical and organisational measures to ensure the safeguarding of your personal data and to prevent their alteration, loss, unauthorised processing and/or access, taking into account the technology, the nature of the stored data and the risks to which the data are exposed, whether by human action or physical or natural means, in accordance with the provisions of the aforementioned Data Protection regulations.
