CONSUMER HEALTH DATA PRIVACY STATEMENT 

This Consumer Health Data Privacy Statement (the Statement) supplements the ISDIN Privacy Policy and applies specifically to Nevada and Washington consumers as defined under Nevada S.B. 370 and/or the Washington My Health My Data Act (Consumer Health Data Laws), respectively

This Statement describes ISDIN Corp. (ISDIN, Company, we, our or us) practices regarding the collection, use, sharing and disclosure of Consumer Health Data.

Consumer Health Data Laws define "Consumer Health Data" as personal information that is linked or reasonably linkable to you and that identifies your past, present, or future physical or mental health status.Examples of Consumer Health Data we might collect include: 

  • Health status: Information about specific skin and body needs or conditions, such as pregnancy,menopause states, and your skin conditions. 
  • Adverse effect information: Information about any symptoms or reactions you experienced after using our products, including the time it took for the reaction to occur and how long it persisted. 

SOURCES OF CONSUMER HEALTH DATA 

We only collect Consumer Health Data that you submit to us or your representatives voluntarily. We may collect Consumer Health Data about you: 

  • Directly from you, when you report adverse effects caused by our products or interact with our LYS Assistant (please see our ISDIN Privacy Policy for more information about data collected through the LYS Assistant). 
  • From your representatives, when they report an adverse effect to a product or submit a concern on your behalf. 

HOW WE USE CONSUMER HEALTH DATA 

We may collect, process, and use Consumer Health Data for the following purposes: 

  • To identify and evaluate previously unreported adverse effects so that we can monitor and manage the safety of our products; 
  • To recommend products based on your skin condition, for example, through our LYS Assistant (not to be considered a substitute for professional medical advice); 
  • To send you personalized marketing communications about our recommended products only if we obtain your opt-in consent; and 
  • As otherwise permitted under Consumer Health Data Laws. 

Where required by Consumer Health Data Laws, we will obtain your opt-in consent to collect and use your Consumer Health Data in accordance withthese purposes. 

HOW WE DISCLOSE OR SHARE CONSUMER HEALTH DATA 

We may disclose your Consumer Health Data to processors who are under strict instructions to only use this information on our behalf in connectionwith the reporting and monitoring of adverse effects and not for their own commercial or business use. We may also share aggregated consumer dataabout adverse effects with regulatory and judicial authorities as part of our compliance obligations. 

We will not sell or offer to sell your Consumer Health Data to third parties. 

NEVADA AND WASHINGTON CONSUMER RIGHTS 

You have certain rights and choices regarding our use and disclosure of your Consumer Health Data under Consumer Health Data Laws, as described below: 

  1. Right to confirm. You have the right to confirm whether we are collecting, sharing, or selling your Consumer Health Data.
  2. Right to Access. You have the right to access your Consumer Health Data, including a list of all third parties and affiliates with whom we haveshared or sold the Consumer Health Data and an active email address or other online mechanism that you may use to contact these thirdparties, when applicable; 
  3. Right to Delete. You have the right to request that we delete any of your Consumer Health Data that we collected from you and retained; and 
  4. Right to Withdraw. You have the right to withdraw your consent previously provided with regard to our collection and sharing of your Consumer Health Data.

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions from this Privacy Policy at any time. However, if at any time in the future we plan to use Consumer Health Data in a way that materially differs from this Statement, we will post such changes here or email you, and if required by Consumer Health Data Laws, obtain your consent. We encourage you to periodically review the Website for the latest information on our privacy practices.
