Combined biphasic hormone replacement therapy (HRT) for symptoms of oestrogen deficiency in postmenopausal women whose last natural period occurred at least 6 months ago. Prevention of osteoporosis in postmenopausal women at high risk of future fractures, who either cannot tolerate other approved treatments for osteoporosis prevention, or for whom said treatments are contraindicated.
