Hormone replacement therapy (HRT) for symptoms of oestrogen deficiency in postmenopausal women at least 1 year after last menstruation. Prevention of osteoporosis in postmenopausal women at high risk of future fractures, who either cannot tolerate other approved treatments for osteoporosis prevention, or for whom said treatments are contraindicated. Experience in the treatment of women over the age of 65 is limited.
